In 1997, Ron joined SEI as its first Sales Manager. Three years later, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales. In July 2002, Ron was named President.
Through his leadership, SEI has averaged a 20% revenue growth per year, expanded into four states and opened five new regional offices.
Ron has helped SEI define its market and create a unique culture for employees. His commitment to creating opportunities for the achievement of employee's personal, professional and financial goals has led to outstanding individual and team performances, resulting in company and individual success.
Ron is an active member of the Young President's Organization (YPO). In 2007, he was honored as one of the "Forty under Forty" Business Leaders in West Michigan for his leadership and community involvement.
Ron received his BA in Secondary Education from Central Michigan University in 1992.

Dwight Strayer is the vice president of service for SEI. Dwight oversees the service delivery and all related support operations. He is also responsible for developing service leaders as SEI continues to expand.
Dwight brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as a result of multiple positions at Service Express. He began his career as one of SEI's first field engineers in 1988. After years of field support, Dwight became the IT Director in 1999 and automated a majority of the service and support processes and data recording. In 2000, Dwight was named vice president of service.
Dwight holds a Computer and Electronics Technology degree from ITT Institute, Grand Rapids.

Mark Thomas is vice president of sales for SEI, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the sales team. He is actively involved in the leadership development of five Regional Sales Managers.
Mark assists in strategic growth plans and office expansions and is involved with strategizing major accounts. He develops and leads the sales training for the SEI sales process and
oversees all phases of the sales cycle.
Mark
joined SEI in 1997 as an account executive and opened our South Bend office. He led the company in sales while also helping others on the sales team to meet their goals. In 2002, Mark was promoted to Regional Sales Manager.
His leadership led the sales team to grow revenues 20% per year and in 2004, Mark was named vice president of sales.

Kraig Harper is SEI's Chief Financial Officer. In his capacity as CFO, Kraig is responsible for strategic planning and employee development of SEI's financial, human resource and information technology departments.
In 1999, Kraig joined SEI as its first Corporate Controller. Four years later, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining SEI, Kraig spent five years in public accounting in the audit and tax areas. He then became Corporate Controller for a computer hardware reseller responsible for the accounting and administrative operations.
Kraig introduced SEI to a Performance Measurement System with a set of tools designed to set goals and measure results at the corporate, team and individual level. This system is instrumental in setting SEI's growth, 98% customer retention rate and in helping employees reach their personal, professional and financial goals.
Kraig is an active member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Kraig received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Western Michigan University in 1989.
