  • ROIs. Responsibilities, Objectives and Indicators. All employees have ROIs and a job description that is measurable and these items track goal achievement on an individual level.
  • 5/15s. The 5/15 is a personal development plan created by each employee. This plan outlines priorities on a quarterly basis and is a great way for managers to actively engage in employee success and development. Employee growth and accomplishment creates momentum.
