Our company-wide commitment to continual improvement and growth means that all SEI team members participate in professional development each quarter. Focus areas include: customer service training, professional development, technical training, leadership training, and facilitator training. This training model worked so well for the company and its employees, SEI expanded into training service customers and even other third party service providers. Our FTO (Field Technical Operations) team has grown in response to the ever increasing training needs of SEI and our customers, and is continually adding new courseware including: in-person training, live and recorded webinar training, and self-paced online classes.

SEI Employee Training

SEI University was originally created out of a need to standardize training across the entire company. With offices in 16 states and a growing staff, demand is high for training on a consistently high level that allows the company to continue growing and continue to promote the growth of its employees. Some internal training options include:

  • Department 101 Level Classes – each department within SEI has a 101 class designed to educate other teams about their standards, practices, and responsibilities.
  • Goal Setting Classes – working through SMART goal setting and how to align vision goals with quarterly 5/15 tasks.
  • The SEI Way Classes – learning about the SEI culture, where the company stands and how each employee can contribute to that culture.
