What is SEI’s strategy to sustain growth for the years ahead?

Overall, our primary focus is on organic growth. In addition, our growth strategy could include limited  acquisitions  that may enhance our geographic footprint or expand our service offerings should an an opportunity align with our criteria for sustainable growth.

The key to sustaining our growth is proactive recruiting – surrounding ourselves with talented people who want to be part of something bigger than themselves.  We spend a lot of time and energy finding people who will thrive in our culture.  Our focus is on finding and developing individuals who share our commitment to service and who will maximize the opportunities offered at SEI.

Over time, we’ve seen many changes in the market – shrinking budgets, new technologies, OEM shifts – we respond by providing companies better options for their data center hardware support. By offering proven, cost-effective solutions and exceptional service to meet the needs and challenges IT teams face, we continue to grow every year.

In 1997, Ron Alvesteffer joined SEI as its first manager. Three years later, he was promoted from Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales. In July 2002, Ron was named President.

MarkThomasVicePresidentofSales1Mark Thomas is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the sales team. He is actively involved in the leadership development of six regional sales managers.

Dwight Strayer is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for SEI. Dwight oversees the service delivery and all related support operations. He is also responsible for developing service leaders as SEI continues to expand.
